SHOW INFORMATION:

1. The cost of an 8 ft. table is $70.00. 2 for $130.00. 3 for $180.00. Additional tables at $55.00 per table if approved by the promoter. Chairs will be provided. Bring any table skirts you wish to use for table covers as skirting will not be provided.
   
   Set up time is from 8:00- 11:00 AM preferably the morning of the show. Load in/out are through the loading dock door or Macy’s back door only as there is NO PARKING at the curb or BUS STOP.
   
   
2. Your exact location will be noted with a name card on your table(s).
   
   
3. Nothing may be affixed to any walls at the exhibit hall. Tables must be lifted, not dragged.
   
   
4. Dealer contracts (with deposit) received first will get priority table selection.
   
   
5. Dealers should be prepared to collect NY State Sales Tax and exhibit their tax certificate as required.
   
   
6. Mail the contract portion below along with your check payable to Rob Schilling for the number of tables selected. Full payment with vendor contract only to guarantee space at the show. No exceptions.

8. No games of chance, sexual/or otherwise offensive material, or smoking permitted in the building.
   
   
9. The promoter’s decision on any show matter not covered above shall be final.
   If you have special needs (ie. Electricity, back up space, etc.) please indicate on your return.
