SHOW INFORMATION:

    1. The early bird cost of an 8 ft. table is $65.00. 2 for $120.00. 3 for $155.00. Additional tables at $50.00 per table if approved by the promoter. *For contracts received after 1/15/17 the cost of an 8 ft. table is $75, 2 for $135, 3 for $175. Chairs will be provided.
      Bring any table skirts you wish to use for table covers as skirting will not be provided.
    2. Set up time is from 7:00- 9:30 AM the morning of the show. 
    3. The show will run from 9:30 AM until 3:30 PM and load out must be done after the show closes. Load-in and out as directed by the promoter that day.
    4. Your exact location will be noted with a name card on your table(s).
    5. Nothing may be affixed to any walls at the exhibit hall. Tables must be lifted, not dragged.
    6. Dealer contracts (with deposit) received first will get priority table selection.
    7. Dealers should be prepared to collect NY State Sales Tax and exhibit their tax certificate as required.
    8. Mail the contract portion below along with your check payable to Rob Schilling for the number of tables selected. $25.00 deposit per table required with signed contract. Tables not paid for in full by 2/1/17 will be resold without refund of deposit. No exceptions.

    10. No games of chance, sexual/or otherwise offensive material, or smoking permitted in the building.
    11. The promoter’s decision on any show matter not covered above shall be final.
      If you would like the same space from the last show or if you have special needs (ie. Electricity, back up space, etc.) please indicate on your return.
    12. Limit of 1 helper per table unless okayed by the promoter and all help not able to be in the hall by show start will have their name submitted to the promoter at least 1 week prior to the show date for entry through the front door.
